I walked in the waiting room and I was the only one in there. The room was very clean. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and kind. After registering I was brought back the room within a few minutes. I described my issue and was given a brief exam. I was given a prescription to my local pharmacy and was given a referral to a nearby facility for an x-ray. I completely recommend this facility.

I called the office to get the Telehealth link as it was not sent to me. When I called they told me they were cancelling my appointment and that I needed to visit in person. Super frustrating as they could have told me that when I booked instead of telling me 1 minute before my appointment was due to start. I will definitely be seeking care elsewhere from now on.
