Hello there, I am looking forward to working with you. I believe in a person-centered approach to therapy. My nature is conducive to building a solid, trusting therapeutic relationship through acceptance, empathy, active listening, and enthusiasm for the work. My goal is to support you as you pursue your passions, talents, and true happiness. I am an intuitive natural helper who has honed my clinical skills through the years in varied settings, including outpatient mental health and behavioral health. I deeply believe everyone has growth potential. I treat clients ages 18 to 65 and those experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, relationship problems, life transitions, grief, self-esteem issues, work-related stressors, and more. In session, my style is warm, accepting, and nonjudgmental. I use a combination of therapeutic techniques and approaches including mindfulness, meditation, cognitive-behavioral therapy, strengths-based therapy and emotional freedom technique.
