It was my first visit, she was very nice professional, answered all my questions and concerns. I felt comfortable being honest about my personal situation which is usually very hard for me. I had no wait time, I was seen as soon as I arrived. The nurse working there was extremely helpful as well with my request. I hope to be a patient for a while!

I had booked an appointment for OB/GYN services specifically because it was a holiday and I had the day off. Before arriving, I called the office to let them know I was already walking to the clinic. That’s when the front desk informed me that the provider, Amal Amar, had left due to an emergency.
While I understand that emergencies happen, what was disappointing was that no one from the office contacted me beforehand to let me know my appointment had been canceled. I had to call the office myself to find out. I also asked if another provider was available, and I was told there was not.
The lack of communication was unprofessional and resulted in a wasted trip and unnecessary inconvenience. A simple phone call or message to notify patients of the provider’s absence would have been the courteous and appropriate thing to do.

I visited this practice hoping to discuss comprehensive lab results and develop a treatment plan for a complex condition. Unfortunately the experience was disappointing from start to finish.
The front desk staff were unwelcoming and did not acknowledge me upon arrival or departure.
The doctor did not review the comprehensive lab results I brought to my appointment, which was the entire reason for my visit. Instead, a basic panel was ordered that was redundant given the more thorough testing I had already completed. I left without any of my concerns being addressed.
I came in as an informed patient advocating for my own health and was met with dismissiveness. I would not recommend this practice to any woman seeking thorough, compassionate gynecological care.

This Nurse Practitioner is clearly knowledgeable and actively adding to her knowledge base regarding the issues we sought a consultation for. Time spent was ample and pleasant with good interaction; we felt heard. No unnecessary testing was offered.
A practical discussion of our primary concerns was conducted and discussed openly and frankly. Her personality fit well with ours, no nonsense and speaks to facts with a deep understanding. We are pleased to have made her acquaintance and may reconsult down the line.
A suggestion was made that fits nicely with my hx that I will explore with zeal. And as suggested, will consult with my MD/surgeon to have their input as well.
We await min blood work offered and agreed to for follow-up.
Highly recommend this practitioner for geriatric patients as a primary health care provider. If we ever lose ours, we would return to her as our new primary.
