Once I completed the initial intake paperwork, the office staff and medical professionals were able to see me right away. The medical assistant, and Dr. work extremely personable, they were on on time, professional, and engaging. They were great. I highly recommend Jacqueline and the staff.

I was able to fill out everything prior to the appointment, which made things so easy day of! Staff was swift and I was out of there in less than 20 minutes! I didn’t feel rushed at all, and they didn’t waste any time (no down time in the actual room). Everything was very efficient and everyone was so nice!

I would highly recommend Dr Mullins as he was an expert in his knowledge and the procedure performed for my situation. He also thanked me for the work I do in Special Education along with all the other men and women who serve our country and community. Dr was awesome. His asst was great. I had to wait 15 mins past my appointment time but once I was in, I was taken care of with respect and he explained everything. I was in and out in 35 mins and happy with the result.

Dr Kelsey Madden was so nice, great listener, feel good to go to a Dr who take the time to talk to the patient with care. My appointment was at 8:30am and arrived at 8:00am, had to wait 15 minutes outside because doors open at 8:15am. Other than that was a good experience.

I would tell them how friendly they are and although they didn’t get my referral they didn’t cancel my appointment and contacted my primary right away to get it. The doctor answered all my questions and worked efficiently to help. She explained what to do after the procedure.
