**My practice is currently full, but please reach out if you would like to be added to my waiting list for new clients** Hi! I'm Aili, a holistic, strengths-based telehealth therapist. If you're having relationship conflicts, feelings of anxiety, trouble concentrating, feeling down or depressed, experiencing loneliness, feeling awkward, having trouble feeling connected to a purpose or direction, drinking or smoking more than you'd like, I'm here to listen and support you. Having relationship issues with dating, family, or friends? I can help you figure out what's really going on in your relationships, how to improve communication, build boundaries, find self-worth, and feel happier and healthier. First, I work on addressing immediate symptoms by providing and practicing coping skills. Next, we look with curiosity and care into your past to see how it might be affecting your current situation. Working with me will be joining a safe, confidential space where you can openly discuss anything without judgment. I describe my approach as person-centered, humanistic, warm, and collaborative. I look forward to hearing from you!

I was very happy in my choice of therapist. The process was easy to book and she was really caring and created a plan for us to work on my issues.
Dr Aili Hermann is very informative,compassionate and patient. I love her approach on situations dealing with trauma and she uses great techniques for me to better understand what to do.
