I was told I needed to pay the full amount because I didn't hit my deductible, but then I called my insurance and they said I do not need to hit my deductible for acupuncture appointments. The session was also much longer than I expected, which is fine, but I would've appreciated a heads up. I now have to fight with insurance to get reimbursed.

Dr.Kim is knowledgeable, friendly, and listens to your concerns. He explained my results very clear and concise and assisted me with a treatment plan. Was very happy with the service I received; I feel great. Moreover, the administrative staff personnel was prepared and kind. Very peaceful and relaxing experience.
