I have a compassionate, collaborative approach, encouraging psychoeducation and mindfulness of cognitive and behavioral patterns, along with discovering meaning and purpose in life. I believe in meeting a person where they are and helping to facilitate change in their life. It is my goal to help my clients heal from their heart wounds and brokenness, discover ways to live out an authentic and purposeful life, and learn new ways to manage the stressors in their daily lives.
