Hello, my name is Grace. I am a passionate Board Certified Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 18 years of Clinical experience. I utilize active listening thoughtful questioning and empathy in my interactions.
My practice specialities include psychiatric, behavioral and spiritual health care using modern approaches to neuropsychiatry, psychotherapy and medication management. Our Telehealth services include medication and psychotherapies such as Cognitive, Behavioral, Supportive and Existential.
We encourage clients to participate actively in their treatment plan and decision-making. Health education, support and client empowerment are our treatment approaches.
I work with an amazing group of colleagues at AKA-CHI Psychiatry to provide services to the inner city as well as urban areas in New York State. We believe that mental healthcare for ALL is a Right, not a privilege. We look forward to working with you to achieve your optimum mental health goals.

Friendly, helpful, and easy to get an appointment. I would have liked her to read over our intake paperwork before our appointment but she only had it a day before the appointment.

She’s so pushy. I came here for motion sickness and she kept pushing for mental illness issues. She even said that we had a full hour. I told her that I didn’t have anxiety etc and she kept trying to spoon feed me that I had anxiety for my motion sickness. Horrible. Just needed a refill on my motion sickness meds before traveling ended up with a forced therapy session if you can even call it that. Go to anyone else.
