Akobuwet Psychiatry

Hello, I'm Prisca, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I work with a wide variety of patients (adult and children 12 up) with varying psychiatric disorders. All of these patients are treated with empathy, compassion and evidence-based practice. I perform initial psychiatric evaluations and medication management, as well as provide psychotherapy. I firmly believe that a happy mind leads to a happier life. I can help address needs of clients struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, mood swings, ADHD, and other psychotic symptoms. I see clients via Telehealth and all my clients like the comfort and flexibility of Telehealth for medication management and psychotherapy. My goal with every patient is to understand their specific needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with both the patient and provider.
