As mentioned before, Dr. Bakshi is amazing. Her sweet and professional mannerisms are truly refreshing, and I wish all care providers were like her. She's extremely patient, taking her time to explain everything in your care plan as well as the steps in whatever procedure you're having. Furthermore, she goes above and beyond to answer any questions you may have which is extremely helpful.

After my first visit with Dr. Bakshi, I can say I would highly recommend her!! I’m usually a little nervous about dental visits due to prior experiences, but she made me feel so comfortable. She has a great bedside manner and is extremely professional. Dr. Bakshi walked me through my X-rays and explained everything thoroughly. It had been a year since my last dental exam and she didn’t make me feel bad about that in the slightest. After my cleaning she helped me come up with a game plan for my teeth. I left with my teeth feeling great and more confident that I can keep them that way until our next visit!

Incredibly thorough. Dr. Bakshi went out of her way to go over dental issues in great detail and come up with a plan I feel comfortable with. She had a wonderful bedside manner and the entire experience was great. I feel very lucky to have found this office!

Dr. Bakshi is the greatest. I originally came to see her because I was dealing with some painful mouth ulcers. She was able to quickly see what was going on and referred me to a specialist, who helped me get rid of them altogether. I've been seeing her ever since as my primary dentist, and I have to say she's the only dentist I ever look forward to seeing!

Dr. Bakshi is warm, personable and has excellent bedside manner. She stepped in to help me clean up Smile Direct's failed attempts at straightening my only slightly un-straightened smile and I am happy with my teeth now that Dr. B gave me real care. She was also able to do some cosmetic rounding where my teeth were imperfect. Overall, I wish I had skipped a mail-in orthodontist and just started with her - I would have saved the hassle and saved me some cash.

It is extremely evident that Dr. Bakshi really cares about her patients’ well-being and patient education. She took the time to explain the different layers of the teeth and my dental x-rays to me so that way I could understand my teeth, their needs, and how to better take care of them. I understand how I should be flossing and brushing my teeth + which teeth/gums needed extra love; an extra 5-10 minutes of her time may have spared me a future of many more fillings, or worse, a mouth full of rotting teeth. Thank you Dr. Bakshi!

Dr. Bakshi was really nice and calmed my nerves with her great bedside manner. The last time I visited a dentist was back in 2012 and I was a bit traumatized by that experience. After 7 years I finally made an effort and I am pretty sure I made the best decision by choosing Dr. Bakshi. She took my x-rays and explained me in detail about which tooth have problems and which of them need be saved pretty immediately. She made sure that I was ready for some treatment (fillings) that day, and it did not hurt at all. Even the anesthesia did not give me that "pinch" feeling. After the appointment, she followed me up with an email about everything we discussed and she kept checking up on me if there was any pain, etc. for the next two days. I would highly recommend Dr. Bakshi.

This is the best dentist appointment I've had in awhile. Dr. Bakshi constantly made sure that I was comfortable the entire time and explained everything she was doing throughout the entire appointment. She also took the time to explain everything to me which I really appreciated–no dentist has ever done that! She also was very cognizant of how much time I had for the appointment and had me out as soon as I said I needed to be on my way to work. If you have anxiety about the dentist, she is definitely one who will ease your concerns and make you feel comfortable in the chair once again. 10/10 would recommend!

Dr. Bakshi was super professional. I haven't been to the dentist in about 5 years, and I was super nervous going with the idea that I'd need a lot of work done. She reassured me right away and made me feel comfortable. She went through my x-rays in detail, explaining what everything means and making sure it all made sense to me. She followed up right away, and was very transparent on the treatments I needed. The office was also really nice and clean! Highly recommend.

Dr. Bakshi was super friendly and did her best to make me feel comfortable. She had a student she was teaching during my appointment, which I actually loved since I got a better understanding and warning of what was about to happen throughout the appointment. I've never had a dentist go through x-rays and feel like my concerns were truly being heard, and Dr. Bakshi did just that.

I was very anxious, as I haven't been to the dentist in a long time, but Dr. Bakshi was amazing. She was nonjudgemental, informative, and friendly. Every step of the way she let me know what to expect. She was also very transparent about future costs, and went out of her way to check what was/wasn't covered by my insurance and what I could expect to pay for future procedures. She also sent a great follow up by email, recapping what we talked about as well as what to expect with the insurance process. I have already recommended her to several people!

Dr. Bakshi is truly an amazing healthcare practitioner. After being treated coldly and rushed by previous dentists, this experience was the polar opposite. She took the time to explain to me what she would be doing, showing me my X-Rays and by demonstrating best dental care practices. By far, the best experience ever! She will have me coming for my biannual cleaning and exams!

She also was very considerate of what was available under my insurance, checking on costs before proceeding with procedures.
