I’m a psychiatrist who specializes in providing integrative care to foster inner discovery and facilitate tangible change for all of my patients. To me, this means utilizing evidence-based psychotherapeutic methods with medication management as appropriate for achieving personal goals and inner wellness. I understand how important it is to consider physical, mental and spiritual contributors to a person’s healing journey. I strive to make sessions collaborative, meaningful, and empowering, for all of my clients. Psychotherapy (CBT, Psychodynamic, Psychedelic Integration), Medication Management, and Meditation Instruction. I accept Cash/Credit-Card pay, with a superbill provided to all clients/patients to claim out-of-network benefits. I'm also in-network with many commercial insurances as well.
