In 1999, Dr. Rotter opened his Family Practice in affiliation with Coral Gables Hospital. As a primary health care provider, he has taken the time necessary to develop and improve unique techniques and an ever evolving practice philosophy centered around you, a valued patient.
Dr. Rotter and his staff of medical professionals understand that you lead a busy life and don't have the time to spend hours upon hours in a waiting room.
