I was seen by a different doctor instead of Dr. Kravtsov, whom I had originally booked the appointment with. I was a bit disappointed because I specifically wanted to see the doctor who had been recommended to me. However, the nurse practitioner who performed the Pap test was very kind, and the staff member who collected my information before the visit was very helpful.

Very polite tactful doctor. Was the first time vidiring male doctor. And I did not feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. Nice polite staff, no huge queues in the waiting room and no need to wait long for an appointment. Clean, nice office, pleasant atmosphere. A wonderful office even for shy girls with delicate problems.
