As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide patient-centered, evidence-based mental health care with an emphasis on compassion, collaboration, and whole-person healing. My approach combines thorough diagnostic evaluation, thoughtful medication management, and supportive therapeutic techniques to help individuals achieve meaningful, sustainable improvement.

I believe in empowering patients through education, shared decision-making, and respectful, inclusive care. My practice is guided by a “least-medication necessary” approach and a commitment to treating each person with empathy, dignity, and cultural sensitivity.
