As a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I provide patient-centered, evidence-based mental health care with a focus on holistic healing. My practice involves comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess individual mental health conditions accurately, followed by careful medication management tailored to each patient's needs.
In addition to pharmacological support, I utilize various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, to promote emotional well-being. My approach emphasizes compassion and collaboration, creating a supportive environment that empowers individuals to achieve meaningful and sustainable improvements in their mental health.

ADHD Evaluation Process for New Patients
If you are seeking ADHD treatment for the first time, please follow the steps below:
1-Schedule your initial evaluation.
2-Complete the ADHD evaluation.
-Self-pay patients: Initial evaluation fee is $150.
-Patients with insurance: The evaluation will be billed through your insurance plan.
3-Complete computerized ADHD testing.
-The computerized ADHD test is required as part of the diagnostic process to help ensure an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
-Cost: $175 (out-of-pocket for all patients).
4-Review your results.
-Your provider will review your evaluation and testing results, discuss the diagnosis, and recommend an individualized treatment plan.
Please note: Completion of the evaluation and computerized testing does not guarantee an ADHD diagnosis or the prescription of medication. Treatment recommendations are based on your comprehensive clinical assessment and testing results.
Appointment Cancellation Request
If you decide that you no longer need our services or are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible. Providing advance notice allows us to offer that appointment to another patient who is waiting for care and helps us improve access to treatment for everyone.
