AletheosMD is a private, physician-led practice for high-performing adults who want discreet, medically grounded care for alcohol use disorder—without the usual bureaucracy or stigma. We combine evidence-based medical treatment with a structured coaching curriculum and a level of integration support most practices don’t offer. Where we see patients • Telemedicine: Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Arizona, Florida, Texas, and Louisiana • In-person intensive: Available in Michigan (travel required) How our process works 1. Comprehensive Initial Consultation Your first visit is a physician-led evaluation focused on your alcohol use pattern, health history, withdrawal risk, cravings, sleep/mood, performance impact, and goals. You leave with a clear plan and next steps. 2. Medical treatment plan (when appropriate) For many clients, the plan may include medication options to reduce cravings and support recovery, medical monitoring, and coordination with therapy or higher levels of care if needed. 3. Structured coaching curriculum Clients who want more than “take this medication and hope” can opt into a structured coaching program with clear goals, daily accountability, and practical systems that fit a demanding life. Michigan in-person ketamine intensive (2 days) For select patients who are appropriate candidates, AletheosMD offers an in-person ketamine intensive in Michigan. This is a 2-day, on-site experience designed to create a meaningful therapeutic reset—paired with preparation and follow-up support. Patients outside Michigan can participate by traveling to Michigan for the intensive. What makes AletheosMD different: Integration coaching Ketamine (and any breakthrough experience) is only as valuable as what you build afterward. Our model includes specialized integration coaching designed to translate insights into durable behavior change—your relationships, habits, decision-making, and day-to-day operating system. Integration is structured, personalized, and built for people who are used to being the strongest person in the room. Important notes • AletheosMD is a cash-pay practice. • We are not an emergency service. If you have severe withdrawal symptoms (confusion, hallucinations, seizures, chest pain, suicidal thoughts), call 911 or go to the ER.
