Alex Douglas Therapy

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing psychotherapy, EMDR and coaching in Hermosa Beach and online throughout California. I help teen and adult MEN struggling with anger, anxiety, depression, intimacy, defining masculinity, gender and sexual identity, relationships, life transitions, infidelity, and all forms of addiction. I help CREATIVES & PUBLIC FIGURES struggling with burnout, creative block, loneliness and blurred lines between career and identity. I am also trained in EMDR. I offer a safe space to share absolutely anything, with zero judgment. I approach my clients with authenticity, fearlessness, warmth and insight. Together we will learn the origins of your pain and develop skills to help you bring change in the present. And find the meaning and happiness you deserve. I am kink, non-monogamy and LGBTQ+ affirmative.
