Alex Yoss Therapy
Need someone to talk through day-to-day life with that isn’t your friends or family? That’s what I’m here for! Most of my clients are in their 20’s or 30’s, building their careers, have friends and family they love (with maybe a little drama between a few), and use therapy as a way to process their life and experiences with someone who will not judge them and actually be real with them. I’m not a just listen and nod kinda therapist. I’ll like to ask my clients the hard questions, help them make connections about thoughts/behaviors they might not realize abt themselves yet & be honest about what they need to work on. I love this work
I became a therapist to be the kind of therapist I was searching for: someone who can follow how my mind works, help me see patterns I hadn’t noticed, laugh a little along the way, and help me figure out real solutions without telling me what my life should look like.
I truly believe therapy makes life better. I still go myself! It’s a space to learn about yourself, understand your patterns, and figure out how to live your life in a way that feels right to you. My role isn’t to tell you what to do; it’s to create the space and ask the right questions so you can figure it out for yourself.
