Dr. Welge is truly the best. With mental health, finding the right fit can be so hard. I’ve unfortunately experienced providers who felt closed off or judgmental. With Dr. Welge, I genuinely felt safe and heard. He listens to my concerns, understands my goals, and approaches care in a collaborative way - never a top-down “just do what I say” dynamic. Asked for a card on file stating it’s for security if appointments not cancelled in time. But then they charging me for my copay without even telling me what the bill is. All other offices always called me and asked if card is ok to charge after sharing my copay
