Alexandra Spigelman

Hi, I'm Alexandra and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I work with high achieving adults struggling with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma and survivors of abuse. I am honored and passionate about creating a space that allows people to heal and feel empowered. My approach is warm, engaging and supportive. I hope to connect and meet you where you are at on your journey. I use traditional talk therapy along with other theories such as attachment, psychodynamic and a client centered approach. Together we can collaboratively explore thoughts, feelings and ideas that may be causing stress and help make sense of them. I am here to guide and honor you on your journey of healing and self-discovery. I hope to assist you to awaken, find pease and purpose as you embrace the wisdom inside yourself. My hope is to help you connect with your truest self to live a more confident, loving and fulfilling life. I received my Bachelors Degree from UCLA and my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch Univery in Los Angeles, CA. I received my post graduate training from the Maple Counseling Center working with adults and teens in Beverly Hills, CA, in conjunction at Beverly Hills High School. I have also worked in dual diagnosis substance abuse as well as private practice. Pain is pain, but we don’t have to do it alone.
