I started seeing Allie Hershman when I was at the lowest point of my life. I suffered every day because of chronic pain and inflammation. An accidentally mixed medication administered by a doctor had brought me to that point. I was, unfortunately, suffering because of someone else’s mistake, and that tortured my mind. Allie has worked with me these past few months, and my life has dramatically improved. She understands my need to have a well-balanced life; mind, body, and soul. I have a slew of rare medical issues which has scared many professionals away, but not Allie. She is professional and compassionate and always helps me find the information I need to take the next step in life. I came to her as not even a shell of a person; I had no fight left in me because of the ever buzzing pain in my body. In less than a year, I have made a comeback I never thought possible. I look forward to each new day; I now have a fantastic job, my relationships thrive, and I can enjoy making art again. I can not recommend Allie enough!

Allie has helped me so much by listening and validating my feelings and emotions. She has helped me find confidence and self esteem again. Sessions with her have transformed my marriage by helping me establish firm boundaries and that I deserve to be treated with respect and kindness.
