My visit was absolutely wonderful. She is so professional and empathetic. Her overall demeanor and tone put all of my fears of seeking help at ease. Appointments with her are like talking to a very smart friend. Experience was good before appointment until I waited the day of in the virtual waiting room for 35 minutes- I called the office number listed on zoc doc and Dr. Entz told me that she had sent a message that I had to complete forms the day before, which I had already completed- so she discovered it was actually an issue of payment method. Not a great experience as a potential patient, communication over the phone was unprofessional
