The visit was only about 7 minutes long. Not sure how I feel about that, provided I'm used to yearly physical exams taking at least a half hour because they're thorough. That was the only thing was left me a bit hesitant to re-book. I was also asked to automatically book another appointment to review my blood test results even though the meetings are only necessary if something is irregular. It's nice that the practice sends you your medical records on the online portal, so doing that I was able to cancel my follow-up appointment, since it would have likely been another short visit.

This practice only cares about money. I had to travel for work and they wouldn’t refill my Paxil. They said I had to go to the office even though she knew I was in Chicago for work. I have to now stop taking the prescription and have to wait to find a new doctor when I go back to Miami later this month. It’s just disgusting how this place cares more about money than their patient’s health.

The actual appointment with the PA went very well, and they addressed all my questions and concerns. The office checked with my insurance prior to performing any procedures, which I especially appreciated. I will return based on this experience.
On the other hand, I specifically called to confirm that I would see Dr. Mones for the initial visit (not a PA), but I still saw the PA instead of Dr. Mones. Before walking to the appointment, I called to ask if the office was "on schedule" so I could avoid a wait, but I still ended up sitting in the waiting room for close to an hour. It seems that it's hard to get good information over the phone, but the service that counts - the medical stuff - was very good.

I going to this doctor for allergy he don't give anything for medicine send to electrocardiograph to the hospital weshester hospital I don't go call my insurance I ask the costumer services how much is amount to for this is so much money I don't needed this I only need something for skin allergies is ridiculous this place

I had a great experience. I needed to get a drug screening done for an upcoming rotation. I was able to get an appointment on the same day that I scheduled it and was seen pretty quickly once I arrived. Dr. Mones was the only doctor in the office so he was doing a great job of seeing everyone as quickly as possible. I needed something simple, but he still spent time talking with me and trying to make my life as easy as possible. He even apologized for my wait even though it was out of his hands. I will definitely be going back to see him for future needs.

He was great. His office was just ok. Nurse took the wrong amount of blood for the tests, so I had to go back. Wait time was too long, especially considering I had an appointment. But Dr. Mones was fantastic.

My regular primary care physician was not available so I found Dr. Harris through Zocdoc for an appointment asap for some fairly severe stomach pain. He and his staff are gracious and wonderful and Dr. Harris himself has fantastic bedside manner and instantly builds a connection with you.
Most DEFINITELY recommend him!

I went to this office expecting a doctors office but it wasn't. It's a urgent care center with a doctors office in it. The two waiting rooms were filled with people and it felt more like an ER. If you want a traditional doctor's office setting this place/doctor is not for you.
