The staff are very courteous and helpful. Dr. Ali explains the procedure and presents the options you have to make a choice on how you want to proceed. Overall, it was a very good experience for a person who dreads the dentist.

Dr. Fatemi is the best dentist in the area. I have been a patient of his for 15 years. He does excellent work, cares deeply for his patients, takes time to explain your treatment, options, and procedures. He goes out of his way to make his patients comfortable. You should definitely give him an try if you are looking for a great dentist who is highly skilled.

taking x-ray and cleaning could have been smoother. the lady who did my x-ray was not much experience, which caused a lot of probing and bruised gums.

I felt like I was being rushed into a monetary decision without due diligence being done to look into my teeth situation and payment options. It felt like an all or nothing situation and sign on the dotted line for upsale tactics in the chair. Even had to provide financial deposit for a procedure that was to be done in the future. Had to be refunded because the extent of financial deposit was not actually provided in service.
