The receptionist was kind but they are advertising that they do video visits but they don’t only in person especially if this is your first time seeing the doctor

I chose them because it’s near to my place where I stay-accessible to me, friendly staff,waiting time was almost an hour or so and have to be patient because you get the chance to talk and meet the Doctor on Duty that day who is a good communicator/explains well it to you ????

Nice office and staff. But long waiting time. I had an appointment and I wait 2 hours to be see by the doctor is insane...The doctor is very friendly and she is asking lots of questions which is a good sign. But the frond desk should not give referral for X-ray to a specific location before making sure that that place will accept the insurance. I received a referral from the front desk and when I try to make an appointment in all 4 location and I find out that they do not accept my insurance. Again lost of my time. This should not be happen if the staff will do a proper job, if you give a referral than make sure that that place or doctor is accepting the insurance.

This is clean nice small office. Was not crowded but wait time was over an hour. The doctor was professional and friendly. I would recommend this place. The staff lady works fast and is friendly. They accepted my insurance. The assistant did good work when drawing my blood.

I am happy Zocdoc find Alicia Almendral office as a primary care doctor. Her office is close to our home. I found that transportation is good too and stop is very close to the office on Woodside Ave 57-18. People are very friendly. I like them. I recommend.

The doctors are friendly. However, they will do tests without notifying you that it will have extra cost, and charge you for off-regular hours visit (Saturday), again, not notified it will be extra charge. Called several times/emailed to ask about the questionable billing, no response or action from their side.
