As someone who experiences significant anxiety related to the dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Zubick. She was extremely kind and non-judgmental and gave me a clear idea of what was happening in my mouth. I am planning to continue with her as my primary dentist moving forward. The office was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. 5 stars!

I’ve got a lot of anxiety when it comes to dentist appointments and haven’t been to one in an embarrassingly long time. However the staff were all incredibly kind and understanding. They explained the different options for patients with anxiety and checked in with me regularly throughout the cleaning to make sure I was okay. I will definitely be coming back!

I can't give a positive or negative review for the appointment since the dentist I originally scheduled was unavailable. I was rescheduled for Dr Zubik, but I never saw her. I was told by my ENT that I need to have my wisdom teeth removed, and that's what I tried to schedule, but they just wanted to clean my teeth and upsell me on a deep clean. I asked if I could be referred to an oral surgeon and was told they'd contact me for a follow up. I haven't heard back in the week since I was originally seen. The dental hygienist was great at what she did so that was nice but I cannot give any kind of review on Dr Zubik since she was busy with another patient and couldn't see me for the appointment I had scheduled.

I felt the office staff was misleading regarding my insurance coverage, and that left a sour taste in my mouth. The presented me with an estimate that left off covered expenses until I asked for full disclosure. Then she acted as if I should hand over a hefty full payment.
The appointment was time-consuming (2 hours) and much of it was filled with waiting - for the hygenist to consult, office staff to create a treatment plan, for the DDS, etc. Normally, I'd expect an hour for initial establishment.
Beyond that, the treatment ended up fine.

This was quite possibly the best dentist experience I've ever had. Everyone was super friendly and personable, the wait time was minimal, and the pricing for extra services was very straight forward. I'm always nervous at the dentist (just in general not my favorite place) but the staff here goes above and beyond to ensure client comfort. I highly recommend them!

i was extremely anxious about my wisdom teeth surgery but the staff was very kind and patient with me, assuring that they would take care of me and that i was safe. i was so grateful for the techs, they really made me feel comfortable when i was having bad anxiety. treated me with extreme kindness even though i was their last surgery for the day and needed extra time to calm down and prepare.
