My appointment started with tech issues on my end, but the doctor was patient, understanding, and let me reconnect without any problem. Once we began, she was a great listener and made the visit comfortable. When I went to the pharmacy afterward, they told me they never received my prescriptions, and one of the medications was out of stock anyway. I’ll be reaching out to her today to sort it out. I would absolutely return — I already have a follow-up scheduled in two weeks.
