Aligned Modern Health (AMH) is creating a new standard of healthcare. Using advanced diagnostics and holistic, individualized treatment plans, we go beyond symptom relief to address root causes – empowering lasting well-being and long-term health.
Our collaborative team of over 100 doctors, nurse practitioners, and clinicians provide personalized care offering functional medicine, hormone replacement therapy, chiropractic care, acupuncture, massage therapy and IV therapy.

Dr. Omar is the only chiropractor who can adjust my ribs!! And I’ve seen a large handful of different chiropractors over the past couple years until I found her. I have mild scoliosis between my shoulder blades which really messes up a lot in my upper back, including my ribs. I’ve learned there are a couple approaches to adjusting ribs, but for me, Dr. Omar is truly the only one who fully succeeds at it. She is gentle but gets the job done and always helps me to leave with a lot less tension than when I walk in. Not to mention she and everyone else in the clinic are so professional and friendly - it truly makes a doctor appointment feel less systematic and more enjoyable!
