If your nervous system never seems to settle, if your mind overthinks everything, or your emotions feel heavy and hard to shake, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I work with adults who want more calm, clarity, and control over their lives. My focus includes anxiety and mood disorders, trauma and CPTSD, and addiction with non–12-step options for recovery. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in the mind–body connection. Insight is useful, but what matters most is learning how to regulate your nervous system, feel safer in your body, and follow through on what matters to you. I integrate somatic and mindfulness-based methods, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed skills, and Motivational Interviewing to give you tools that actually work in daily life—not just in session. I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California and a Clinical Professional Counselor in Nevada. I offer telehealth across both states and walk therapy by appointment in West Hollywood and Beverly Hills for clients who feel better processing outdoors and in motion. I believe therapy should be respectful, inclusive, and practical. My work is LGBTQ+ affirming, body neutral, sex-positive, and rooted in cultural humility. I support multiple paths to healing and recovery—whether that's beyond twelve steps or alongside it. My own lived experience with complex trauma and addiction recovery informs my empathy and my commitment to honesty and authenticity in the therapeutic space. If you’re ready for therapy that protects dignity, reduces shame, and builds sustainable change, I’d be honored to work with you.
