My approach to therapy is integrative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I specialize in treating adults with trauma related concerns and attachment wounds. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Ego State Interventions, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
