Alison was a great therapist to us. She became very faimilar with our background and was able to read into our personalities and things we needed to work on. We gained lots of tools for problem-solving, communication, and decision-making. I can say we reached the goals we were hoping during threapy. We recommend her to anyone looking to be heard, overcome traima, and improve their partnership. Also, she recommends the best books and activities.

She listens deeply ask thoughtful questions & helps me better understand myself & my emotional tendencies. Our work together has been transformative. As we're approaching a year I wanted to say thank you to acknowledge how helpful you've been in helping me overcome some patterns and evolve. I genuinely feel like a different person and cannot imagine having gotten anywhere close to here without you.

Alison is a great and very personable therapist. I love that she is willing to try several different styles of therapy to see what works best for you. It makes treatment seem individualized to your needs, and flexible enough to switch it up if your needs change. If you are creatively inclined, she is the perfect therapist as she has an arts background and can help you process in that space.
