Hey- I’m Ali, a therapist who works with people who are used to carrying a lot. Most of my clients are high-functioning, high-achieving adults who look put together on the outside but are juggling anxiety, old trauma, or relationship patterns underneath it all. I offer a space where you can finally slow down, breathe, and be fully yourself — no pressure, no judgment, no need to hold everything together.
