Book for pain management. Got a different doctor...
Gave me a primary care doctor, who said would not help me with any medicine for anxiety/pain, without blood work? He then started pressuring me for blood work immediately, psychiatry immediately.
Talk about anxiety. They even added me a rist band like I was entering a hospital or something.

When I went to the office I was taken care of very well i was seen right away and unfortunately I had an episode that they handled right away promptly and sent me to the ER in good timing to get treated for health.

I was expecting to see the provider that I scheduled the appt with. I was also told that it was not an OBGYN but basically a primary doctor office and that there was only male doctors there

It was my first time going to Alive & Well community partners center . Dr. Diaz was very nice, friendly, and professional. She has great customer service, was very gentle, and made the visit a pleasant experience
