Alan is a great therapist. I highly recommend him
CCVerified patient
Alan takes the time to get to know you and how to connect deeply with what is holding you back. He knows when to allow room for thoughts to breath and allows you to connect with you feelings on a deep level.

I came to Alan for help managing anxiety and to learn how to better manage panic attacks. Being new to therapy, I expected it to work like a visit with a general practitioner where I would describe my problems and be given an answer. Instead, Alan's style is geared toward helping you come to your own revelations and understandings with gentle nudges in the right direction, rather than handing them to you. It was a bit frustrating at first as I adjusted my expectations, but after almost a year of working with him I'm in a much calmer, healthier and self-reliant place through the techniques he taught me to use. I would recommend Alan.
