I really enjoyed my appointment, which sounds weird but it’s true. I get nervous with any new provider so I got there about 30 minutes early. I wasn’t seen until 1.5 hours ish after my appointment, but honestly it didn’t bother me. The staff were incredibly sweet, helpful, and didn’t make me feel like a burden when I informed them I was hard of hearing. It was really nice to be taken care of, listened to, and educated without getting belittled. It’s a lot of small wins for one part and the big part where I wasn’t rushed through because I was seen late felt like winning the healthcare battle. Dr. I is efficient, kind, and reaffirming. And her staff? Gems. The whole lot of them.

My experience was very good, I felt cared for and my needs were met! I did have to wait to see the doctor but was attended to well while waiting. Everyone was and cheerful and patient.

Dr. I definetly knows eyes well and is a great communicator but she and her office are also great at roping you into the extra expenses. I left my first appointment telling my whole family how amazing she was, then I went home and figured out that she conned me into paying for services that would be covered elsewhere like having to do a double copay to just simply talk about my dry eyes, a service that would be part of your annual anywhere else. You are basically required to look at their frames and are guilt-tripped if you buy anywhere else (I bought elsewhere). They are also great at the bait-and-switch telling you one thing and giving you another. I would 1000% not go back. Between 2 appts I have no lie spent 7 hours in their offices....
