Booked an appointment for an hrt consultation, only to be called an hour before my appointment and told that the provider cannot actually provide that service and that I'd have to go to a hospital to see an endocrinologist. I literally only needed my prescription renewed, I've been on hrt for almost a year. Ridiculous, don't advertise a service you can't provide. What a waste of time.

I had a very positive experience with this OB-GYN. The doctor Evelyn Rodriguez was kind, professional, and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns without making me feel rushed. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable asking questions throughout the visit.
The office staff was friendly, the appointment was on time, and the entire experience felt organized and welcoming. I left feeling heard, respected, and confident in my care. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate OB-GYN

First, I received tons of messages to remind and confirm my appointment and send the insurance information which I did.
In addition, I called to confirm the acceptance of my plan and verify any possible copayments. They said it would be 100% covered. — But that wasn’t the case and ended up paying $130 for the consultation (which was very disappointing).
I understand that’s Miami but it was very difficult to understand due to language barrier- they spoke Spanish between them and as hard to comprehend when they spoke to me.
When I was in the gynecology table for exam there were 2 nurses and they finally called the Nurse practitioner for assistance because they couldn’t find cervix. I found it extremely uncomfortable and they might be very inexperienced.
I drove over an hour (I am out of work at the moment and have medicaid and this the only in network office I found) but needless to say I am disappointed and frustrated I ended up paying to have an unpleasant experience.

This was my first time ever seeing a gynecologist, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The doctor was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She was very gentle during the exam, which really helped ease my nerves.
The entire staff was welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived. The office was very clean, organized, and had a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, I had an excellent experience and felt genuinely cared for. I’m so happy I found this practice, and I’ll definitely be coming back for my future appointments. Highly recommend!

There was a language barrier because they did not speak fluent English especially since I asked for an English speaking provider. The bed side manner was not great either because I had to ask the NP to leave the room so I could change back into my clothes. Overall it was a very chaotic and stressful appointment. I am also not entirely certain of my diagnosis and my NP did not walk me through the steps that she was going to undertake. Overall it felt raw and unpolished and I would not go again because the care did not feel good

You will not see the doctor but rather a nurse practitioner. You'd think for the amount of money I pay for my insurance, I'd be seen by a doctor, but I wasn't. I booked the doctor, not a nurse. I went in for a bad cough. A cough so severe that I went to the hospital a few days before to calm it down. I went in requesting medication for my cough, such as a cough suppresant because my OTC wasn't working, but the nurse refused to prescribe me any. I fought back and spoke to the manager, only to be prescribed guaifenesin AKA Mucinex. Highly disappointed and will not be returning.
