They forgot to/did not send my prescription to my pharmacy, or maybe sent it to the wrong one. Wish I knew, because they said they’d get back to me and never did. Needed it for a trip and everyone said they’d get back to me, and they never did. Frustrating, never going back.

Excellent Experience
I had an excellent experience at this doctor’s office. From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, professional, and caring. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the doctor took the time to listen and make me feel comfortable and well cared for. It’s not often you find an office where everyone genuinely seems to care. I highly recommend them!

My experience was very good overall. My check in was smooth and welcoming. However, the nurse assistant who brought me in to the examination room was not very pleasant, she introduced herself a while after and never smiled. My NP who did my examination was also a bit unpleasant but she was a great listener and gave clear communication. She was patient with me and allowed me to explain all my health concerns and she addressed them with good knowledge. She allowed for questions. I liked her but I would suggest that she could be more warm and friendly next time.

I was disappointed by my visit for several reasons. First, it took at least 30 minutes for me to be brought to a room. Once the provider came, she barely made eye contact with me and did not seem very engaged. She also did not physically examine me (and instead only asked me questions), which I thought was strange but only realized afterwards. I must have been her last patient of the day because as I was still checking out I saw her rush out the office door to leave. I felt her itch to leave in the session. I left the visit feeling unsatisfied and didn't feel that seeing her added more benefit than sharing my symptoms with chatgpt.
It seems other people had better experiences with her, so maybe she was having an off day or maybe don't book the last appointment of the day.

My appointment with NP Sana was great!! She listened to my giving her detailed information of my medical history and what brought me to her. I was very comfortable speaking to Sana. I would definitely refer her to anyone who might need her expertise and I have already scheduled my next appointment!!
