When I showed up to my appointment I was told that my appointment was not registered in their system. I showed the receptionist my Zocdoc confirmation email and she was kind enough add me to the busy schedule. The wait time was over an hour but it was definitely due to the office not being aware of my scheduled appointment. The doctor was very kind and helpful. She was clear in explaining why I was experiencing pain and was very detailed when explaining the types of procedures I would require. I told Dr. Lobsang that I was not a fan of visiting the dentist (the noise of the equipment makes me super uncomfortable), but she made sure to ask if I was okay every couple of minutes. Would definitely recommend her to others!

Dr. Tsomo and the staff at her clinic are professional, courteous, and kind. The office is clean and tidy and conveniently located by the 74th Street Broadway Station with all its nearby bus stops. The wait time for my appt was very reasonable. And the dental care I received from Dr. Tsomo was exceptional. I will definitely return again and I encourage others to do so.

Visit this office and you'll be glad you did. Woser at reception was a ray of sunshine; kind and so helpful! Didn't catch the name of the dentist's assistant, but her professionalism and warmth made me feel right at home. Dr. Tsomo was incredibly friendly, concise, and most importantly thorough in her explanation of procedures needed/aftercare. I left feeling well-informed and grateful. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you so much, ladies!!!
