This was my annual check up. I was very impressed with her bedside manners, the questions she asked. She answered my questions well and concisely. Very impressed with her and her team. Will definitely use it again and recommended her to my family and friends. Also like to give kudos to the lady at reception she’s wonderful, friendly and very competent.

Dr Brodech was very insistent on me doing the right thing regarding taking medication for my osteoporoses. She was very forward and a little annoyed with me (actually a little intimidating). On the other hand she was correct. Although I don't like taking medications, I should be looking after myself. She pointed out that building bone mass (albeit it not natural bone) is better than being crippled. Overall, she and her assistant were very accommodating and friendly.

Dr. Brodech saw my wife last minute on a Friday afternoon as she was dealing with some pretty serious illnesses. I booked through ZocDoc and didn’t hear a confirmation right away but she called me directly to confirm and even waited later so we had time to get there. She did a great job evaluating my wife and giving her great, honest advice. Not only that, she called us the next day (on a Saturday!) to check in on how my wife was doing. Amazing experience!

I did not really agree with the suggestions of the doctor I saw. I went in for a sinus infection and she was suggesting strongly that I get an MRI of my head. I get sinusitis almost every winter, and I didn't like that she was strongly suggesting I get an MRI done as that is both costly and unnecessary for what I went in for.

Dr. Brodech is a kind provider who I felt like really listened to me and validated my concerns. The office building she sees patients in could use some updating, and they do not use a digital patient portal. But I would still recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Brodech was great! I had some major earwax buildup and Dr. did not give up until my ears were clear. Dr. Brodech also diagnosed something I had noticed but didn't bring up, and prescribed some reasonable medication to fix the problem.

Legitimately one of the worst doctor experiences of my LIFE.
I went in for blood work and by Friday night I had “7 issues” that needed treatment. I was not believed when I mentioned SEVERAL times that this was my first abnormal panel. I was made to feel like an idiot for my struggles with weight loss in the pandemic. She told me “well. You must be (over) eating if you haven’t lost weight.” The woman who took my blood told me (as I cried about the results) told me rudely that I can’t cry because this is what the lord wanted me to have.

Dr. Brodech was extremely informative and helpful, even going above and beyond to save me money on my prescription. I was able to schedule an appointment be seen the same day. She takes a wholistic approach to treatment, and doesn't just write a script to see you out. Also, Alma at the front desk is a joy to interact with. Overall, a great experience; was in and out in 45 minutes.

She is absolutely amazing! I have seen 42 doctors in one year searching for that special Doctor Who can help a very complicated case and not turn them away because of that! I have MS and three other degenerative diseases, she really knows internal medicine as the true definition, of knowing and understanding how the entire body, soul, and mind works TOGETHER! Dr Brodech came up with what no other doctor could think of to help me regain my life! She should be nominated for Dr of the year!!! I would and will recommend her to anyone even my friends in LA it will be worth the trip to Chicago to see this fabulous Dr!

Dr Brodech's bedside manor was completely lacking. Changed the prescription i have been on for years, after only having a 20 minute consultaion. I felt I was talked down. When telling her that I am new father and that my wife works nights she asked, "What was the reason you decided to have children, when your wife works nights?" As someone who is uneasy around doctors this is not a place i will be going back to.

She's a sweet woman. A big plus I was able to see her on Saturdays. She tries to be clear, listens to your concerns, and is very helpful. The building and office is old and a bit rundown. But don't let that deter you! Unfortunately, I can't see her anymore since my insurance changed... She seems to be well known as a skin doctor too? I feel bad since she doesn't seem to have a competent frontdesk person. She was at the front herself the last two times I've visited. Hope she found one.

Dr. Brodech was very thorough & informative! The only issue I had was with the phlobotomist who took my blood. It took too long for him to 'draw' my blood which was nervewracking. He was pleasant enough but it was a little strange; I'm not one to make negative comments but he had strong body odor as well which made the whole experience not so good..but I do like Dr. Brodech very much & look forward to seeing her for follow-up!
