My appointment was scheduled for last Monday when we had the snow storm. Someone from the office called me to reschedule. I rescheduled for today and when I arrived, they didn't enter the rescheduled appointment and couldn't fit me in. They asked me to return later in the day at 4:30, in which I couldn't. I understand mistakes but I'm in a lot of pain and needed this appointment. I'm not happy about this mistake. I will not be rescheduling with this location!
