The key to a good therapist are the questions he asked. Allen asked questions that brought my feelings in the open and I would not normally talk about. Exceptional attention to getting to know his patient, on time for his appointment and out session was handled in a very comforting manner.

Allen's method helps me identify past behaviors that are affecting my mental health today. Through his therapy, I'm able to see my past from a forgiving and truthful perspective and am working on changing that false childhood narrative through my weekly sessions. His method with me includes active listening, teaching/knowledge transfer, and thought-provoking questioning. Since I've been seeing Allen, I've noticed a significant difference in my mental clarity and overall mood improvement.
