Staff members were professional and friendly. While I've only been seen at this office since July, they treated me like they've known me for years. Dr. Paluvoi is really good, taking his time and noting all my concerns. He is approachable and unassuming. I particularly like the visit summary that I received at the end of my visit. It is comprehensive and while Dr. Paluvoi is documenting all my issues, he is in a way reminding himself of me as a patient. I like that very much.
The location of this office is strategic, along Lee Hwy, easy to access with lots of parking.

Nurse Nancy is truly wonderful- I have seen countless doctors for the past 18 months for a chronic condition. I have become accustomed to the 5 min brush offs, the blatantly obvious lack of interest, or the scripted statements summarizing there is nothing they can/will do to help me while not bothering to hide annoyance over their time I have "wasted" explaining my concerns. Nurse Nancy is the exception to all those rules. She goes above and beyond and truly cares. She makes sure you actually understand what is happening, what the next steps are etc. Even when they're packed, which is common- they are popular!- you do not get shorted or treated like an inconvenience. You may have to wait longer than 5 minutes for your appointment given the quality of care they provide, but it is well worth it to see a provider who treats you with kindness, dignity and compassion. I highly recommend their practice & give a huge token of gratitude to Nancy for her exception level of care.

Dr. Paluvoi and his entire staff are so lovely! I was seen right away and both the nurse and Dr. Paluvoi talked asked such thorough questions and talked about more than just the direct symptoms I came in with. It was a really comprehensive approach and he explained everything so well. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Dr. Palluvoi was amazing! I have been dealing with an undiagnosed fever disorder for 1.5 years. I have seen countless specialists and doctors and no one seems to have found an answer. Each doctor just brushes me off or suggests that I see a different specialist. Today was my first appointment with Dr. Palluvoi and for the first time, he gave me hope. He told me “we will find out what’s going on, one way or another.” He took his time and was very thorough and knowledgable.
