I went to several doctors before about some breathing difficulties and the doctor has finally suggested treatment plan in which I was cured in a couple of weeks. I have never felt more grateful. Dr. Butt treated my daughter when she had a dairy allergy as a baby and I really appreciated his clarity. When she had another allergy related issue I wanted to work with him as he has great communication and always made sure I understood.

Really impressed with Dr. Butt and his nurses. I had another Allergist who helped me about 10 years ago but was looking closer to home and I’d say big improvement with this team. Front office didn’t realize I had emailed all paperwork so was a scramble when I got there. They confirmed receipt via email but then acted like they had no idea. Also some confusion initially booking on Zocdoc because they see by appointment only on Friday but the messages weren’t as friendly. Ultimately they booked me on a Friday morning but not as seamless as other providers I’ve used.

Dr. Cooper was interested in what I had to say, and listened carefully. Her bedside manner was beyond excellent. She asked me questions about my current health and concerns. I highly recommend her, and I don’t often do that. The entire staff was friendly, and made me feel comfortable. Bravo!
