Allergy & ENT Associates provides specialized care for allergies, asthma, and ENT conditions across three convenient locations in the Austin area: Leander, The Domain (formerly Austin Family Allergy & Asthma), and Kyle (formerly Texan ENT).
Our Leander clinic is located at 149 Bulbine Drive and is home to Dr. Seth Evans, a board-certified ENT surgeon, and Jill Apodaca, FNP-C, who offers personalized allergy care including testing, allergy shots, and at-home allergy drops.
Our Domain location in North Austin continues the legacy of Austin Family Allergy & Asthma with the same trusted providers and expanded ENT services.
Our Kyle clinic, located at 211 Elmhurst Dr Suite D/E, extends ENT care to the South Austin and Hays County communities, offering expert diagnosis and treatment close to home.

Visit was easy to set up. Pre-check in documents were easy to fill out. Office staff were friendly and I waited less than 5 minutes for my appointment, even though I didn’t get there 15 minutes early. No issues with how the visit was set up or with accepting my insurance. Dr. Evans had a very positive attitude, listened to my concerns about possible sleep apnea, and asked reasonable questions. The appointment moved quickly, but that’s to be expected, and I didn’t feel rushed—he took the time to fully answer any questions I had. I would see this provider at this location (Kyle, TX) again.
