Couldn't find address location easily but other than that office and especially provider was great

I waited to be seen for an hour with my 3 month old baby. I had to cancel my appointment in office. No one approached me or updated when I’ll be seen. I had to constantly remind them to see us and ask for updates. What’s the point of making an appointment if you’ll be seen an hour late?
