I booked through ZocDoc for an immunology appointment. It was listed as an option. When I got there, the lady at the front desk said they could not help me, and to go to an immunologist directly.

Dr. Kabil and her staff are awesome! She is kind and a wonderful listener and she explained everything. Her nurse who came in to do the test also took time to explain everything that was happening.
If I had had more allergies I would definitely be coming back! If you do have allergies she's amazing and I would highly recommend going to her office!

I was called to confirm the appointment and given pre-appointment information and send paperwork online. Once in office, I was greeted warmly by the staff and called back soon after I sat down in the waiting room. The woman who took my vitals and preformed the allergy testing was lovely as she described each step prior to preforming. And the allergist is as lovely as her staff. She was attentive and informative. She shared information with me that I had not heard before (although she is my allergist). Great experience.

Very good except for the mix up regarding the time of my appointment. One very small observation: People magazine is probably not the right magazine to display in a doctor's office. Offer more substantive reading material.

I have seen a lot of providers lately and she was by far the best listener. I already have follow up appointments for additional testing. I really appreciate Dr. Kabil's honesty and thoroughness thus far.

I scheduled an allergy skin test for my toddler on a Sunday for the next day. However, because it was the weekend it wasn't confirmed. When I arrived they made arrangements to allow me to keep the appointment and was seen right away. I was very appreciative of that because I came from Baltimore with two toddlers. I will recommend them due to their professionalism.
