I went to see Ben for prolonged elbow pain I’ve been experiencing. From the start he was super attentive and meticulous with evaluating, diagnosing and treating me. He’s been invested and really seems to care to see me through my recovery as opposed to just giving me a standardized treatment plan. And in regard to treatment, I appreciate that he uses a variety of techniques from manual therapy and exercises but also other more unique methods like dry needling and BFR. Would highly recommend for any physical pain.

After a long bout of dead ends with some persistent nerve pain stemming from a growth and surgical removal along my left leg; Ben was able to give me a recovery I never thought possible. Ben's approach from the get -go was a far cry from the many other physical therapists I had worked with prior; spending a lot more time thoroughly evaluating not only the nerve and immediate area's muscular fatigue; but really mapping out where else the issues were radiating along my hip/abdomen/leg. At every step of the PT journey Ben was always able to explain the why in a very understandable manner. In addition to the every effective PT and strengthening exercises,; He has always been encouraging and helped build my confidence to push my strength training back to a place I wasn't letting myself get back to. If you are looking for an approach to PT that is going to understand your unique situation and get you results you never thought possible, Ben is your guy!

I’ve been working with Ben for years and highly, highly recommend him. He’s allowed me to avoid at least one surgery if not more and kept me fit and active. I’m better able to tolerate normal setbacks and to get on with kayaking, gardening, hiking, etc., and I feel like I have a partner in my health practice.
