I came in and wasn’t even greeted. I waited patiently but the staff at the front ignored me. I said good morning and she just said to have a seat. Waited a for an hour and noticed two patients were seen before me, even though I arrived before them. Once I left I received a call from them saying they were ready. Sorry but this was inconsiderate and poor treatment.

I was greeted when I came in. I completed the new patient paperwork and waited for about 10 minutes and was taken in the back to get X-rays. The technician was very patient and polite. I then went to the room and got examined by the dentist. I told them everything that was going on and they understood what I wanted to accomplish. We came up with a plan and will be moving forward. My next stop was speaking with the lady who does the billing. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She helped me figure some things out so now I will be resuming my treatment.
Everyone in the office was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. The office was very clean. I will definitely be going back and I will refer anyone that I know to this office that is in need of dental work.

The office staff and Dr. Sandhu were very friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked through the door. They stated they were expecting me and took me immediately to the back to begin my routine cleaning. He explained the procedures, checked in from my dental work from the last procedure, and made sure I was comfortable. The cleaning took about 10-15 minutes!! I was scanned to receive a night guard to prevent grinding of my teeth. I would recommend Dr. Sandhu to everyone who is looking for a warm, welcoming and caring dentist.
