I am committed to helping people address symptoms and difficulties compassionately and in ways that are tailored to the individual. I will listen carefully to you and make every effort to understand your unique preferences and needs. I have expertise in both psychotherapy and medicinal treatments and I will work with you to find the treatment plan that suits you best. In addition to private practice, I worked as a clinician-researcher at the Family Center for Bipolar at Beth Israel for the past 5 years. This work gives me unique experience in treating bipolar disorder and working with families.

Dr. Lee was by far the best mental health practitioner I have ever met with over my struggle with anxiety and depression. She was open and attentive and asked very thoughtful questions. She saw me as a whole person and a whole patient and it was very affirming!
She took the time to go over my history thoroughly and included me in treatment decisions. I also didn't get that standoffish vibe you get from a lot of psychiatrists, you can tell she actually cares.

She is empathetic and supportive, but doesn't hesitate to be frank and straightforward when necessary. I get the sense that nothing surprises her anymore. This is a wonderful quality in a psychiatrist. I would recommend her to anyone.

I worked with Dr. Lee for five years. Prior to that, I had been working with a variety of mental health professionals on and off for about 10 years. Of all the doctors and psychotherapists with whom I have worked, Dr. Lee is outstanding in her compassion, caring, competence, and ethics. She truly cares about her patients, and it shows in her psychiatric and therapeutic work, as she helped me move from a very difficult point in my life to a much more stable, grounded, and satisfied place. She follows best practices, yet remains very open-minded about trying new approaches. Oh, and she is always punctual. That helps.
