There will be a focus on oneself to include emotions, experience, and goals. The goals will be broken down into short, achievable goals along with recognition of the long term goal. Treatment will allow one to self-reflect and address about their motivating factors in addition to being able apply learned coping and communication skills. The therapy experience will may at times be difficult by addressing vulnerability and topics that are uncomfortable to discuss. The goal is to create an environment to help empower the client to be the version of themselves they want to be.
